I had a facial with Kate, she was in training but it was still one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She was super informative about the products she used. Her voice was so calming I couldn’t help but be relaxed. My skin looks amazing still a few weeks out. I recommend any skin service with her!

I haven't had a massage in a couple years and was very excited for my massage at Neroli in Brookfield. When meeting with the Massage Therapist, Steven, I made it very clear that I don't like deep tissue massages and that I prefer light pressure. Steven's response was that he usually does medium to deep tissue and that he can try to do lighter, but that he'll do more medium pressure. This was appalling to me seeing as Massage Therapists should be able to adjust their pressure and technique based on the customers preferences. His standoffish demeanor made me feel uncomfortable. I then took the approach of chatting during the beginning of the massage, in attempt to hopefully make him realize that I am not trying to be rude and that I just want a light pressure massage that won't hurt my back the next day. This resulted in him chatting the entire massage and I felt awkward, because I didn't know how to stop the conversation. The topics discussed were very unprofessional (he shared stories about other unprofessional massage therapists, his political thoughts on everything going on in the world right now, his personal life, etc.) and it was not a relaxing experience at all. Massages are supposed to be a place of relaxation and a place to release the tension of everything going on in the world and our personal lives; massages should never add to the stress. I am very disappointed in this experience and will not be going back to this Massage Therapist. I spent a lot of money for this massage and with the high price, I expect high quality service. Unfortunately, I did not get my money's worth and am again, very disappointed in the entire experience.

Overall a great salon. Prices are fair for the quality of service received. The staff is friendly, honest, and they set realistic expectations for coloring. Heather did an amazing job on my balayage!

Wonderful salon! Very conscious about COVID safety. I felt very safe and well cared for. Heather did an OUTSTANDING job on my hair. I cannot recommend this salon enough.
