Jim and his crew made sure I had clearly explained options for installing my electric car charging plug and dedicated circuit. They worked quickly and professionally and came back a second day to finish up, no extra charge. The cabling under the house was neatly secured to the underside of structure, and they avoided leaving exposed wiring and conduit by hammer-drilling through the stucco exterior walls. They needed to reconfigure the power panel in order to create a dedicated charging circuit. Thanks guys!

100% recommend Empire Electrical Service for anything electrical. The electrician came on short notice, was very professional, very friendly, fun, and gave us loads of advice for the upcoming sale of our home beyond the small job he was there to do. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue and even looked at a few other things just to make sure everything was. The way it should be. We will be using and recommending them from now on. I called Empire Electrical Service on a Saturday morning to get a couple of light fixtures replaced in a vintage. The technician came out two hours later. He came exactly when he said he would and quickly cleaned our wiring to ensure safety and installed the light fixtures. Ben worked quickly and efficiently. I would certainly hire this service again and recommend Ben. The price was fair and the work was excellent!

Empire Electrical Service is not the cheapest, but these guys are a pleasure to deal with. They are among the most customer oriented contractors I've ever used! They installed my electric box a few years ago and just recently, took care of another minor problem. Both times they returned my calls promptly, arrived on time and did top notch work. I've dealt with many home contractors over the years and these guys are up there with the best of them. You might find a lower price, but you won't find better service. Highly recommended.

I had Jim install 3 ceiling fans, change over all my outside outlets to CFI and put bubble covers over them, and install 2 outdoor fixtures. Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an electrical review of my home and went over all that he found with me. He was never pushy for me to get these things scheduled. He was able to answer all my questions. I was very happy with Empire Electrical Service and I am having them come back to install another fan. I thought that their pricing was fair for all that he did.
