My truck was side swiped by an Amazon Prime local delivery van while it was parked on the street by our house. The next day I got a hold of Dewitt from Caliber and was told to bring it in that he'd see what could be done with it. I told him that I needed it back before the next weekend as that was opening day for gun deer season and my son and I were going hunting. I was able to get the truck back the day before opening day and it looked fabulous. The communication between him and I was spot on every step of the way. I knew what was going on with my truck and what stage they were in with fixing it by the daily updates. When I got it back it looked amazing and would highly recommend Caliber to anyone that has been in a scuff with their vehicle. The entire driver side got scuffed up along with some minor damages that they were able to get out replace and put back together. My son saw it and asked if I was happy with the work that was done knowing how critical I am of my vehicles. I simply looked at him and said I was a happy mama. Thank you for the work that had to be done and getting my truck back to me before opening day.

Just went in for a quote on a chrome cancel on my 2017 Impala and I got a quote that was twice as much as I've gotten at other places. I know they do good work here as my mother and father have both had work done on vehicles at this location, but it seems like their pricing is geared towards work that is being covered by your insurance. I assume they'd do a good job if I went with them on the chrome cancel but I just can't justify paying more than double for basically the same service.

Customer service was great from start to finish. Kept me updated daily and finished my truck ahead of schedule. Very accommodating and really liked the drive inside drop off. Facility was very organized, clean and friendly.

Went in to have estimate on vehicle. Price was fair and I asked if they could fit me in as i needed car back asap. They told me to drop it off next day and I had the car back the day after. Bud communicated throughout the process and kept his promise on completion. When I picked up my vehicle the work was phenomenal. Thanks Caliber Collision and Bud for the great experience.

My daughter got into an accident, and our insurance sent us to Caliber to assess the damage. The car ended up being a total loss, but Caliber made the entire process unexpectedly cheerful. I spoke with at least 4 different employees throughout the process, and every single one of them spoke to me as if I were the only customer they've ever had, and their one job was to make sure I had a nice day. What a gift to shine a little light into this difficult time!
