Besides efficient and thorough work performed, service consultant Gary took the initiative to have a minor scratch on the left rear bumper buffed out. ABOVE AND BEYOND!
Had to do an oil change because I was out of town and didn't want to go to jiffy lube because they tend to damage other things so I went to actual Acura dealership. Service was good. And fast! I was in and out in 43 minutes. Maybe I caught them in a good time. However, I was charged $100+ for labor. To me, that is a bit too high. Not worth it.nnEdit - Changing it to 5 stars. Someone called me about my review and explained why the cost was like that. And considering the swiftness of the service and quality of the job alone, I'd give it 5 stars.
I want thank Mike the parts manager for procurement of some awesome looking Acura wheels for my vehicle. He was extremely courteous and the product arrived super fast. I could not be more happier. Thank you Mike, and thank you Acura of Brookfield!!
Dan was very helpful in figuring out what causing a rattle in my vehicle. But the show stopper was the customer service representative, Roni!! She was outstanding. Friendly beyond words. The loaner vehicle was also very much appreciated.
Really appreciate the quick support, the professionalism, and the overall experience. I was In town visiting from California when I started having trouble.
