I called ahead to ask if they could perform the service that my car needed. Was assured that they could. Turned out that they didn't have a mechanic on duty and were unable to fix it. Total waste of time
I had an appointment for a simple tire rotation and a courtesy car check. I got the call that my car was ready but they had suggested fixes for my car. To my surprise it included a cabin air filter,.which they wanted roughly $60 for (I'm sure we can all relate to that). I just changed the filter 9 days prior to this appointment.nnUpon picking up my car I opened the glove box which had not been opened (everything was exactly where I left it) and checked my filter which was still clean as new.nnNow this is very disappointing to me because most people will say yeah go ahead and change it thinking the mechanic actually takes time to look at the recommended improvement. I will continue to take my car here for my free rotations but not have any other services done here. Very disappointing, as this is a place I use to trust.
These guys are the best. I didn't think service this great still existed. And it certainly doesn't exist at other auto shops. You've got a customer for life.
