Very good experience. I talked to Amanda, she sent an employee to pick up my vehicle from my job, kept me informed throughout the process. The vehicle inspection they did was awesome, sent photos of all the checks. I work in the IT field and was totally blown away be the technology they use to send updates via text and email. My car was towed quickly. The service advisor kept me up to date on the vehicle’s progress. The price for the tow was very reasonable and the work ended up being covered because we had purchased the tire at Silver Lake. When I needed to pick up the car, a shuttle driver was sent to my home to pick me up. An amazing surprise was my car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up!! And I received cookies at checkout. It was the best flat tire experience ever! Thank you for the great service and care!!
Very professional. Extremely detailed inspection with pictures included! I have never had customer service like this before for any car repair. The whole process I felt like I was in good hands. Amanda was very friendly and helpful!
