Wow, absolute WORST customer service I think I have ever experienced.nI called to schedule my windshield installation on a Saturday. They told me they could have it done between 9am - 2pm on Monday. Great! Monday came and they called (the wrong number) to tell me that they couldn’t get the windshield and it would have to be pushed to Wednesday. That was a problem since this is a work truck and needed to be heading across the country by this time. But, it needed to be done. I had previously called around for quotes and they were the only company that could fit my timeframe. So, I called them back to confirm Wednesday and was told they would try to get to me first thing. After sitting around waiting until 1pm, I called again. I was shuffled to 3 people before talking with Jason who claimed to be the manager. He told me whoever I spoke with shouldn’t have told me that information. They offered nothing in the way of recourse and even went so far to say it would be another week. As if I would still give them my business! I took two mornings off of work, rescheduled my long distance drive so that I would be driving all night long, and ultimately put myself in a position to be away from home and my kids for a longer period. I did this all so I could safely transport this vehicle with a flawless windshield. I’m simply appalled at their lack of customer service. If they can’t get a simple phone call correct, I have major concerns about the quality of their work. Avoid them at all costs.

Fantastic service! Easy to make an appointment. The team came over in the provided time frame and did a wonderful job with the windshield replacement. I highly recommend these guys.
