Drink was great. Took my daughter for a celebratory drink of her choice. 29 minutes spent in the drive thru with no way to back out. 10 minutes before our car even moved at the start. What could possibly take that long? Not sure how to rate this as the product itself was great. Just the wait was a slow killer. Average out to 3 stars.

Left this store very disgruntled today. Ordered my beverage. Walked around to find the table that i would have sat at was unplugged for some reason.. all the other seats were occupied. Went to use the restroom while i waited for my drink to be prepared, only to find the one that i used had not two, but three empty toilet paper rolls in the holder. The tissue box for the baby changing table was also empty. The second bathroom was occupied at the time. My drink was also very poorly mixed. All the simple syrup or whatever was still at the bottom and it made it rather disgusting. I would have gone back up and asked for it to be remade but was in a pinch for time after trying to use the facilities.nnBathrooms should be stocked at the end of every night in any business. No way all of those items just ran out that morning.

Today I ordered a drink and they accidentally made it completely wrong. I called them and they made it all over again and even gave me a gift card to make up for the mix up!! Thank you Starbucks. My morning was kinda crummy and I was looking forward to my sweet chai and you made it even better

Consistent Starbuck's. Drive-thru n in-store both consistently pretty quick n beverages are always well prepared.
