I order another VENTI size, I get a grande.nn3. Today I order with stars because I have enough for a free drink. I order a VENTI, Iced cafe latte with 6 pumps of hazelnut. I get a grande chai latte back. My name was on it.nnIf you don't hear something clearly, don't hesitate to ask again. And please, repeat back what you have so you can make sure you get the order right. We're paying $5 for coffee here!nnThe reason I gave two stars is your staff is really nice but please make a better effort to get our orders right. It can be really frustrating
I always have friendly and fast service here! Their new cold brew with cinnamon and almond milk foam is one of their best yet! (July2020)
What a great Starbucks experience! Everyone was super nice and friendly and they gave me so much whipped cream! As a whipped cream aficionado this was a dream come true.
