I LOVE the classes that they have available here! I like that there is a variety so I never get sick of going because I can do something different or if there is a class I love I know that I can go to that one again because they offer a really good variety of times and availability. Plus, at the end of one of our workouts they brought us cold washcloths to cool down with. It was awesome.
I’ve been going to the Studio since they’ve opened and have been proud to support a local business. Great classes and instructors.
The Studio is THEE place! I live in Salt Lake but make it up to classes every time I get the opportunity. The classes and instructors are so upbeat, fun and they push you in the best type of way! You can tell the owner Kasey and her husband take pride in their work and their studio. The beautiful studio is just a bonus to the classes.
Really first class facility that is extra spacious and clean with the best men's bathroom & showers hands down, with great staff & instructors! The Hot Yoga was perfect!
This is a beautiful space designed to deliver your fitness and peace-of-mind needs! A variety of classes, amazing ethusiastic instructors and great variety of membership/class pack options. There's nothing else like it around!
