Staff does an awesome job keeping facility clean and safe for patrons. All the staff members are personable and friendly and go the extra mile for the customer.
Additionally, if you are looking for a great personal trainer; contact Nora. She does a great job at integrating high intensity aerobics with strength training.
For the past several years, I have worked with Nora Lundin as my personal trainer. It has been a rewarding experience. I have seen my strength, flexibility, balance and endurance increase greatly. Because of my compromised immune system, I have chosen not to come in to the FitStop. Nora has graciously agreed to do online personal training so I can continue my workouts. I really appreciate her doing this. They are great workouts and it has allowed me to keep my exercise regimen going. Thank you Nora.
