Quick and easy!

My experience with the Muskego Valvoline store location met and exceeded my expectations. The service team was informative. Very thorough with their explanation of the diagnostics run on my vehicle, but did not attempt to push their services aggressively. I felt they were honest and straight forward. Left it to me to ask questions, and allowed me to ultimately decided what I needed to have done to my vehicle during the visit. I didn't need to keep my guard up. Both the service quality and timing met my expectations. Joey was especially informative, courteous and kept me abreast of the processing of my car during the short time I waited. Valvoline's pricing menu was clearly posted, and as I waited I reviewed their pricing. I found it to be of good competing value with similar services I've received at competing places of business. The store is clean, well kept and safe (especially in these times). The store even offered an individual hand sanitizer solution to use and keep. Nice touch by the store management. The Valvoline Team at this store, to a member, observed and practiced social distancing, and wore a face mask to ensure customer safety. The store was busy and I can see why. Quick service, well staffed team who knows what they are doing. They instilled confidence in me to return with my next routine oil change visit, and even offered a discount to return. Glad I chose this Valvoline store location. I was pleasantly surprised and left happy with my choice I paid for the services. I would definitely recommend this store to others considering this option. I am a buyer by profession, and know a good value when I experience one.

Went there 3 times for a emissions test they refused to do the test. After the be 3rd time I went across the street they did it immediately. I will no longer have them do my oil changes.

Quick service, professional staff, would definitely recommend in the Muskego area. These guys got my business next time!
