Unprofessional and disrespectful.nnContacted All-City on a recommendation. Needed a glass block window installed and opened up to the outside. Work was arranged in winter- good price, work to be done in stages. Weather improved and we were ready to cut through the siding to get to the window. Scheduled them to arrive on June 11th. Never showed. No call. They avoided my wife's calls, eventually answered mine. Rescheduled for July 28th. Again, no call, no show. We are now left with an unfinished window project and will be contacting other, more professional contractors to complete the work. I cannot recommend this company to anyone: if you're a small contract, you will get ignored. Your calls will be dodged, appointments forgotten about.nnIf you want professionals, look elsewhere.nn(Will update review if company steps up and rectifies the situation.)
