Wrench Masters

I think they are perfect, each time I go, I feel like putting my bill in a frame. I am blown away with the prices. I appreciate their honesty and down to earth replies. I finally found an automatic I trust and I am not going anywhere else!

I was having some vibration issues with my 2004 Tahoe that i was not able to solve in the driveway by rotating tires, replacing seized caliper, hubs were only a year old, took tires to be balanced etc. I called wrench masters and they got me in the following Monday. Left my vehicle there for a day and they were able to find the problem and resolve it with a replacement driveshaft and new U joint. They work with your time frame and were more than fair with pricing. I very much recommend.

Very good honest customer service. Have had 3 vehicles worked on and each time I've been pleased with the service.

EXCELLENT WORK, HONEST, UNDERSTANDING AND DID NOT OVERCHARGE. I broke down with my 2 small children and we are not from here and had no idea what to do. I first called 3 other shops nearby none of whom was willing to help till next week at earliest but this being our only vehicle also with christmas in just 5 days I called Wrench masters next. At first I was skeptical wondering why the other shops had a wait but this one did not and also read their was a bad review. However I spoke with Alex who took his time to listen and explained his shop and told me the owner without me even asking. He assured me he would look at it right away and immediately brought relief. Being brokedown and with my children I was very scared but talking to him he was the 1st to really care about our situation. He calmed my worries and addressed all my concerns. My insurance couldn't find anyone to come give us a tow for 5 hours because it was bad weather..with the freezing weather stuck with my toddlers I called Alex back and he helped to get the vehicle towed in right away and also got a ride for my children and I. Alex was very prompt and informative, explaining in detail and so that I could understand what was wrong with my vehicle and what they had done to fix it. They were able to get my vehicle back to me the same day. Saving me a lot of unnecessary rental car fees that the other mechanic shops would have. Plus saved me a week of worry about what was wrong and how much the vehicle would cost to be fixed. After hearing all they fixed and the fact he put our vehicle top priority I couldn't believe how low the bill was. Wrench masters saved us a lot of money, time and stress. And at Christmas time there is enough stress so thank you Wrench Masters for making this holiday a lot LESS stressful.
