Yes, I stopped by this bank today! I asked if I could use their bathroom, and the receptionist in the front asked if I banked with them? I had replied no, my mother banks with your company, but I personally do not. She told me there is a Walmart just around the corner. Very rude customer service. I’ve never been treated like this in my life. This is not how guest should be talked to regardless. Your main concern should be your guest, and What you can do to assist their needs. As well draw people to your company, not to shove them away.
Moving from BMO a total nightmare to Horicon. They have bent over backwards and put everything in place that I needed and asked for. Bank local stay away form the large corporate banks.
When you walk into this bank it's like coming home they treat you just like family.
