Rented storage from them for a little over 3 years. When it came time to cancel my storage, I told them I'd have my belongings out by the end of the month.nnOn the 31st of the month I received a phone call from them before their business hours were even open, threatening to take legal action, and my credit would be affected, since I hadn't cleaned out my unit. (There was only a kitchen table and chairs left in the unit, I had already planned on going to get them that day and drop off the keys.)nnI had no issues with them previously, but that phone call rubbed me the wrong way, and i will never rent there again. It would have been one thing if the phone call was a reminder and not a threat.
