I have called four different times this week and no one has answered. Rings and rings and rings, and no voicemail kicks in and no one answers. I've even called at different times of day, and still no one has answered. I even filled out their online contact form a couple of days ago and haven't heard back on that either. Looking elsewhere at this point.
Amazing customer service with a broken line to our house from the pole. 50 mph winds and near zero temps. Cory and Trevor were here for hours and never gave up, made due with what was available and after many hours, power came on about 11:00pm. Just about the time it was getting cold in the house. Highly recommend them. Great guys! Thank you so much.
