I like to thank you for the 5 star service, as we originally talked about installing tires that I was planning to get on eBay, you ask for the chance to sell me tires too. Well you can up with a offer that I could not refuse. I will recommend Monro auto services to all.
Was in town visiting and had a tire punctured with a nail. Monro was able to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday and repair the tire very quickly. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
It’s been over a year since these jerks crushed the rockers on my NV3500 when improperly putting it on their lift. They still won’t even address the issues. STAY AWAY!
Removed a 2” nail from my tire. Very helpful, fast, and friendly. Excellent work and response before a big trip.
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Waited 2 hours for it (with appt) and they didn’t rotate my tires. I could tell because found out later the same tire in the same spot kept losing air before and after my appt. Sad because the front desk was really nice and I wanted to come back next oil change but they can’t be trusted.
