My daughter came in for an oil change a couple days ago. The gentleman who worked on her car Winston, Ryan, And Dylan were astronomical. My daughter came home (it was her first time ever getting it changed as she just got her first car) and she said they were absolutely amazing. My husband takes our cars here and says they are very knowledgeable about services they offer and stuff they dont even offer! I will definitely be returning and so will my daughter! HUGE thank you to the 3 employees who made my daughters day!
Very quick and thorough. Make sure to always have a coupon ready on your phone. I love that they have a camera with a monitor so you can see what they are doing around your vehicle as well as under it. Friendly and everyone was wearing masks. Highly recommend.
Best oil change place around . Winston, I believe?, was SUPER professional, friendly, and patient with me. I know absolutely nothing about cars and he thoroughly broke everything down to me . I was in a bit of a time crunch and he was able to get me right in quick and fast. Thank you so much! I will definitely be a returning customer !
Ryan and the team at the west bend valvoline oil change center were amazing!!! Professional, ethical, no pressure to buy. They helped make recommendations for my truck and did an excellent job, all of them were wearing masks ud83dude37 the whole time too! Bravo Ryan and team west bend!
They did a good job making sure all of my maintenance needs were met. Not always the speediest but it is what it is. I'd rather have them take their time and get the job done well.
