Customer service is terrible at this bank. God help you if you attempt to switch your loan to another bank. I attempted to give them a chance to match my auto loan rate at my credit union and they said they didn't match rates. I then asked for a 10 day pay off loan letter and was given a run around for the better part of a day.ud83dude44ud83dude32ud83dude32 This is after waiting 3 business days for a email letter. Their site keeps crashing and refuses to accept any attempt at putting in a password to retrieve my info from their 3rd party vender. Finally had them send it snail mail with a request to end future interest at the time of my requesting my payoff. I was then threatened with them not closing my account. This is after paying my last payment 4 days early in a attempt to make this transition smooth and easy.ud83dude12NEVER WILL I EVER USE THIS BANK AGAIN.

Any time I come here I'm waiting 20+ minutes in the drive thru, just to spend another 40+ minutes on the phone just to have to come back and waste more of my time in the drive thru. The bank manager is also an argumentative wench who has no place in customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.
