Unexpectedly we needed a storage unit at the last minute. I reserved a storage unit at Hwy Q storage and started moving into our unit 30 minutes later. The process could not have been more easy and smooth.. The facility is new and very safe and secure . We moved our belongings out after 9 months, we were very happy with the service and quality of the facility and management. .
I NEVER take the time to write a Google review. However, working with Hwy Q Self Storage for the last 2 + years was a great experience and John has been extremely accommodating as my needs fluctuated. Security, cleanliness, and access is great. Even the customers around me added to my overall 5 star rating. You need to understand how important THAT is. We should be thankful that a storage place like this is in our neighborhood.nGreat value! Very clean well lighted facility with lots of security cameras. Super Easy move in and move out process. We moved into our new home so we didn’t need the storage space anymore but we would Highly recommended this facility. Very friendly and accommodating manager.
John is amazing. He arranged for a quick move to happen to store all my extra junk that I could not let go of. After only two months, I was able to donate most of it to a college kid that was starting out and did not need the unit any further. The lease was up for the next month and instead of charging me for it, he saw me half way and released me from the contact. I did not expect that and appreciated his customer service. This place is top notch, the facility is clean and illuminated at all times and very secure. Absolutely earns a five star rating. Great job guys.nnPat
We rented from this facility for over wo years. Mostly we used it for business storage. We were very happy with this facility. Very secure and very bright at night.
