BEWARE, Grant has made a huge mess of my business taxes he is very unprofessional and now I'm late on everything and I'm still struggling to even file my income taxes because I have no idea what figures he even used. I'm just now through another accountant realizing the extent of the damage he has done instead of filing actual numbers he just puts 0's in all the boxes when filing employee withholding taxes just so no red flags are found. Now I have huge amounts in fines penalties and back taxes. Within only 6 months of doing my taxes this guy has made a huge mess of everything and cost me 1000s and 1000s. I even had to drive to this guys house and even send my employees to his house just to track him down because he never answers his phone or calls you back unless you trick him by having someone else call him. Unbelievable how this guy gets away with running a business like this or even has a business at all is beyond me. Where is the integrity? You know I could see a person maybe doing this if I owed him money or argued about his fee all the time but the point is I never once complained about his Bill's I just paid it and this is the quality of the service he provides. All I can say is before you hire this guy you better think twice.

Grant was supposedly doing my husband's small business taxes for 2019 - he was following up with 2019's year end and our personal tax return items. He has all of our paperwork, and has not been in contact with us since March 11th. I've tried phone, email(s) and Facebook with no avail. At this time, our taxes have not been filed and our quarterly taxes are late. Grant has still yet to respond back to any of our points of contact, including that asking for a simple update. This puts us in an incredibly odd predicament and is unbelievably unprofessional from someone holding a license.

I have worked with Grant for 4 years now and the experience has been painless. I would recommend him to anyone that wanted there taxes done.

I had a VERY POOR experience with Grant.nHe was hired to balance my quick books online. He did this by creating rogue invoices and marking them as PAID, deleting invoices that were already closed, etc...nVERY POOR communication. It was nearly impossible to get him to reply. He would NOT call and would seldom reply to emails that I KNOW he received because I can track and see each time the email is opened...nBottom line - STAY AWAY!
