Pizza was ok, garlic knots were cold. My wife loved this place and said we HAD to go while we were in the area, so we placed an online order and went to pick up 25 min or so latter when it said it would be ready. Sat inside for over a half an hour after letting the cashier know I was here to pick up. I don't think they started making the pizza till I got in and told me it would be just a couple minutes. Don't lie, if you didn't start making it, just say so and I could have left and come back, or canceled. When the order was ready they grabbed some knots that were sitting in a bag for awhile and didn't even hear up. This was my first time here and I didn't know. Was thoroughly disappointed in the service. Pizza was just ok, nothing great.

Apparently during the day, they don’t make all their pizza by the slice because “there is no dine-in”. That makes absolutely no sense. Pretty disappointed because I’ve never had this issue. Not sure if it was lazy workers or if it’s true.

Great pizza and the garlic knots were delicious. Was a beard friendly environment... Plenty of napkins on hand for me to use on my beard. Would definitely recommend to my other fellow Beards.

The BEST PIZZA EVER! Every kinda is good, just try one. Garlic knots are to die for!! Calzones are REALLY good too! So happy they are here in Hartford!!
