It's clean, they are social distancing & all is well. Masks on upon entering the building & until you get your food & return to your table to eat. Sanitize hands, put on gloves & fill your own plate. Put on mask everytime you go to the buffet. Use new gloves everytime you want to get a new plate of food. Notice people reuse gloves instead of taking new gloves each time they get a fresh plate of food. Food does tend to stay on the buffet longer than usual because of covid & the fact that they can no longer pack people in as they use too. If you get there around 2:30/3:00pm the food seems to look like it's been there a while and looks a little less fresh. Wait a little while, I think 4pm, & they will begin to prepare buffet for supper. Open @11:30 am.
Very friendly staff team. Clean establish meant. The servers were on top of everything. Quiet and calm atmosphere.
So glad this place is still around. Always stood above the other Ponderosas. I stop whenever I am in the area. Great food and always fresh
Dealing with the pandemic has been awful, but this place really had a good set up going! Decent selection of food and treats, safety concerns were already taken care of, and the waitstaff were super fast and friendly. Highly recommended!
It's ok... it's buffet food but, not bad. Service is good. There was one waitress a long time ago that was really slow. I yelled at her for being slow and she said she was busy. There really wasn't anyone else in the restaurant. She wasn't busy she was just talking all the time. She doesn't work there anymore so it's all good now. Try it.
