Had one of the best blizzards on 11/15 at 1:30 at the Hartford DQ. Great service by the young man at the drive up window

Usually really happy with coming here and even the wait.nBut the burgers were on the cold side and the fries were very undercooked.nPlease wear your mask when working the drive thru and taking to customers.

This Dairy queen is the worst in the area. Service is slow presentation of desserts are sub parts. Not mixed lopsided ice cream and hardly any toppings. don't recommend this DQ lastly ther are more interested in cleaning at the endorsement the night than serving the guests.

Food is delicious....but expensive for what you get. We also got the wrong flavor blizzard from what we ordered. So disappointing!
