Too bad you can’t give 0 stars. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had try to get a quick pizza delivered 5 miles down the road. If I had the option of leaving the house I would have gone in to complain. Originally put the order in seemingly successfully then they took payment the put me on hold for ten min. Then spent 30 min on the phone getting transferred from one call center employee to another. Each one that answered asked me if I wanted take out or delivery. After explaining to the 7th person the situation she told me I should have just gone into the store with a snarky attitude. Unbelievable experience. I understand it’s just Pizza Hut and my expectations shouldn’t be too high but honestly I expected more from an $8.5 BILLION dollar company. Close this location and fill this spot with a better take out option. What a waste of space.

If I could rate it a zero, I would. Total, and complete incompetence EXCEPT for the delivery driver who was courteous and friendly. I placed an order via phone, had the employee read the order back to me, I then read it back to her for confirmation. 30 minutes later, the wrong order arrives at my house. I called the shop to voice my discontent, got placed on hold 3 times, and then dropped. After 47 minutes trying to talk to someone about my order I get someone who answers the phone and tells me that since its a call center that gets their orders that there is nothing they can do for me since it was not their mistake. Great job Pizza Hut. Thanks for stealing my $40... Next time Ill just order from another one of your competitors for half the price, and twice the food. Thanks!!!
Ordering with the app for curbside pickup was easy. Food was ready on time and we were notified by text message. Pizza and wings tasted great.
if i could give them a 0 i would. they had the WORST customer service i have ever received. it took them 30 minutes to take our order, then after an hour and a half of waiting on it, we called back to ask if it was close, and they wouldn’t answer our questions. they transferred us 10 times each call (we called them 10+ times). then when we went to cancel our pizza they transferred us 20+ more times. we never got to cancel our order and it never came it.
