Last Saturday night the workers didn't have a system to get the pizzas out to their customers. We ordered online. We waited over 40 minutes in your lobby to get it and saw your worker just randomly passing out pizzas and not delivering the pizzas how the orders came in or by #'s. We have had better service in the pass and enjoy our family pizza night w/little Caesars. The pizzas were cooked better than an in the pass though 😋. Hopefully more training for your workers. So that craziness doesn't happen. Thanks for baking pizzas. So I have a night off.
No pizzas were ready, and the employee was incapable of counting change. Over five different customers that came in during my wait were not greeted. The employee on front counter just ignored them, same with the four other employees that were in the store. But they were capable of greeting the delivery people that were coming in and out. Also the cooler with sodas was basically empty of everything including of Pepsi which is I assume the most common requested drink and you would assume that people would keep it on hand.
It was hot and ready, pizza was 9/10, breadsticks 10/10
Took 20 min to get my pizza. It was cold and under cooked. Kids who where working where to busy messing around. Tried calling to inform the manager but no one would answer the phone.
It's Little Ceasars. It is affordable and good pizza for the price. This location has a drive through which has makes it super convenient for carry out.
