Our technician Jimmy was really wonderful! He was super polite, helpful, professional and efficient. He got a very big job done quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely use this company again based on our experience with Jimmy. His assistant who came on the second day was also extremely nice and polite, and worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely give Empire Electrical Service both 5 stars!

Our experience the technician, was very pleasant from start to finish. After assessing our electrical problem, he presented four work options. All four made sense tome. We chose the one best for us at this time. Then we discussed financing and came to an agreement that fit our budget. He started replacing the selected outlets and switches. He worked swiftly and carefully cleaning up each location as he went. Each replaced device looks very solid and attractive. Our partial loss of power was restored!

Empire Electrical Service team did a great job overall with installing the light fixtures but more importantly with the overall experience. One call got directly to the electrician who arranged a meeting to review the work. From that, within a week (mostly due to my schedule), the lights were installed. The works were very friendly and made sure to understand the switches I wanted the lights to connect to. No worries, no hassle. Just a very pleasant experience.

The electrician was kind, courteous, and professional. He worked quickly but thoroughly. He was able to identify the problem with our light fixtures and get it fixed. He was also able to identify why a switched outlet wasn't working properly ( wired incorrectly when built) and now I have light in my bedroom again. I feel the pricing was fair, there was a cost per job and not per hour. I will definitely use Empire Electrical Service again!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Empire Electrical Service!! They are hands down a company with integrity, professionalism, and competent electricians. We tried two other electricians who were unable to diagnose an issue...after much research found them. They were able to diagnose our electrical issues within 2 hours. They are truly exceptional. Don’t waste your money with other electricians, especially when paying hourly. Get it right the first time and use them.
