They do their best. Keeping in mind that it is the most cost effective place for tires, you can't expect royalty . I'm greatful for the $100+ overall I saved just by being patient and understanding.
I blew a tire on Highway 41 on a Sunday night, and the staff was kind enough to stay a few extra minutes to put on a new tire for me. That saved me a ton of money from being towed all the way back to Appleton. I'm very thankful for their kindness and professionalism!
In regards to the Auto Center. Now that you can make an appointment to have tires put on, its much better. For other services, you'll be there for quite awhile.
It was wonderful they were very helpful and perfessional and took time out to walk me around and show me tiers and explain everything to me Thank you Ms Mary such a sweetheart..
