Needed a gift card. The drive thru was very crowded. Very good service not a long wait
I used to really love this location but recently the customer service has been subpar. I always do a mobile order ahead of time and when I walk in I usually am not greeted by staff or asked for my name for up to 5 minutes. Usually my drink is already made and sitting by the drive-through window. But I still have to wait several minutes before anyone realises I am there to pick up my drink.
Worst customer service at a Starbucks location. They served 6 cars through drive thru before bothering to fix my coffee...with an attitude an an excuses of understaffing, although there were 4 baristas and only one other patron in the lobby, and no others waiting in line.nnEntitled powder puffs.
Closed during rush time/peak dinner times. Business done well (sarcasm).
Always randomly closed. It’s 10:30am on a Friday and I’m sitting in the parking lot and no ones around. What a joke.
