This is a wonderful bank with great employees and great service. There are many banks closer to my home, but it is worth the trip to Menomonee Falls. I like being greeted by name, I like the free coin counting and most of all I like the feeling of being of being a valued customer.
Great customer service. The easiest refi of a home loan ever. Never wait for customer service. Extremely friendly and very convenient. Much better than we experienced at Chase.
I recently worked with Pat Buechler on refinancing my mortgage. I can't express enough what a wonderful experience it was to work with her on this! She was attentive, quick to respond to all of my questions, and just so pleasant to work with. I also interacted with Sonia who was just as nice!
