I have been with Landmark for almost 20 years and been to many of the branches regularly. (As I'm sure a lot of the long term customers have.) However, this branch has excellent customer service, workable hours- because I work Nocs- and its located in a convenient area right off the interstate. They have hands down the best customer service of any of the credit unions or banks I have been to. They try their best to assist you. Thanks for being the great people you are Germantown LCU!!!
They are so slow at this location. I guess it depends on whose working but it ridiculous. Certain lines are getting people done way faster than others. I was not in the window lane. I will not come back to this one. Smh
It’s a good bank when it comes to the bare minimum: holding money. I’m sick of being on hold for 60+ minutes every time I need help with anything. It’s a hassle finding my own account information, and there’s no convenient locations where I can go in for the help I need without going way out of my way. It’s a really inconvenient bank that seems really reluctant to help it’s members out.
I thought the drive through lady was not helpful what so ever I will never go back to this location I will go to Sussex. I dont like bring race into things but I could also see the hatred in her eyes toward me when she was ignoring me
Terrible service, everytime I come here it always takes forever. I don’t even come to this location anymore because the service is so bad.
