Had the best experience here, highly recommend their services! I had originally e-filed through another service, the IRS contacted me about an incomplete form. I went to H&R to complete this one form, they double-checked my taxes and found even more money due to me with my return. Patricia J., the manager, saw me right away and was so helpful! They were all very kind, professional and accommodating!

The head manager was one of the most rude people I have ever talked to in my life. Very short and made it clear she didn't want to help me. I dont think I will use HR block moving forward because of this interaction.
