They treated me like a criminal for trying to cash a check that I wrote from my primary bank. They refused to cash it. I have been a customer for 7 years and never had this happen.nI called customer service and they had the manager reach out to me. She brought me to tears. No matter what I said, she would laugh, huff, groan, and yell back. I asked her to please treat me like a human and she would huff again. It was so bad I wish I could have recorded the call. I am awaiting a call back from the regional.
Everybody at the Hubertus branch is always helpful and happy, which makes it a great experience to bank there
Excellent staff. Attentive and friendly. Take care of issues quickly and always remember me though I don't have to come in often.
We call this the Twilight Zone bank. It is a bank sitting in the middle of a subdivision development that went bankrupt. Hours are 9-5pm in an area where most people don't get home from work until 4:30-6pm. Why bother? I find myself driving 15 extra minutes past this branch to go to one that is open until 7pm.
I bought my house through this bank. Great rates and knowledgeable staff.
