Melissa was the sweetie today she paid it forward even thoe she didn't have too.. she has great customer service I hope she was the manger because she was awesome. From her compliment to my hair and earrings she helped me with some change I was short I didn't want to break a 20 jus for 2.00 but she said no worries I got you so may God continue to keep here safe and blessed ud83dude0a

this was one of my best fast food experiences. the customer service of this place is extraordinary. Andi Pankow was the nicest young lady I have come across with in my life. She brought my food out in a timely matter, and with a smile! I will definitely be coming back. (p.s. that girl deserves a raise!)

The food is DELISH!!!! One of the girls that works there, Andi, is the sweetest person I have ever met. She’s was very professional and helped me decide what I wanted because I had never been there before. I will definitely be coming back! 5/5 stars!

Tried calling to see if they used gloves and a mask while making food. Called three times didn't get through. I willingly drove there and come to find that they don't even use gloves! That discussed me. With what's going around why not enforce wearing facemasks AND Gloves. Very poor idea. I highly recommend not going to West bend right now in this time....
