Usually good. Extremely busy location with friendly service, but they sometimes burn the burgers- seems to depend when you go. Never had an issue with the other menu items- just the burgers.

This place always has a drive thru that wraps around half the block. I can honestly say this Culver's is much better than they were years ago. The quality of the food and there friendly employees is why this line is always long...Worth the wait!!

ABSOLUTELY NO sense of urgency in the drive through. Waited 15-20 minutes AFTER placing order. Pulled up to window, waited ANOTHER 5 minutes while my food was getting cold at the window and my ice cream was melting, yet the kid handed me the ice cream anyways which was liquefied now. I spoke to the manager who basically just remade the ice cream. No compensation for waste of time, inconvenience and WASTE OF GAS sitting idle in a drive through line for almost 35 minutes!
