I'm relatively new to the Insurance Industry. I've only been in insurance a total of about 3 years. I spent 2 years of that in the captive world and am coming to the close of my 1st year as an independent. Of all the "courses" and training's I've done to try and figure out how to be a good insurance agent. Agent of Traction and Find Your Superpower have by far been the most helpful and worthwhile.
Between Brett's wealth of knowledge and the other people I've met, (many of which have become good friends) I've found immeasurable amounts of value from this course. If you are on the fence or think the price is too high. Consider what you could do with better relationships, a better understanding of yourself and also a stable of people you can ask for advice. To gain all that, I'd say you could pay double and still find a huge return on investment. You MUST JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION!
