We were in the caboose with our family. Fun experience for Christmas. Micah was very attentive and very friendly. He met all of our needs and made the trip fun. Gloria engaged with my special needs grand daughter and made her trip more enjoyable. Their santa is the best I have ever experienced. It's hard to explain. You have to experience it.
Such a cute and fun fill time!! This historic train station has many different themed events. From Halloween and wizards to a North Pole experience. Pricing changes from preseason and season as well as classed tickets or groups. The staff is helpful and love what they do. Interactive and entertaining for the whole family. Times and schedules run like clockwork. Concession stands have a great range of candies and drinks. You won't regret going!!!
We did the Halloween Train ride and had a fantastic time. Fun Halloween themed music played the whole ride. The staff were very friendly and kept us entertained! They provided delicious pumpkin cookies and we got to pick out little pumpkins at the end. We’d love to return during the winter time!
Went on the North Pole Express and it was better than we expected and magical for my nephews. The staff was engaged and entertaining. They were also committed to many covid protocols. Wiping down hand rails between boarding and disembarking families and keeping spaces between families as well. The staff also repeatedly encouraged mask wearing and all the staff but the actual singing entertainment wore masks for the whole trip. The hosts and all the elves stayed masked. And they had staff in each car to help enforce social distancing and mask wearing of guests. Overall a great experience.
Fun ride. Great fiddler music. Beautiful scenery.
Loved the authenticity of the train cars.
Great gift shop.
Was a little disappointed in the “train robbery” - it wasn’t really engaging.
One worker told stories and jokes - which was fun.
It was great to be able to bring our own food on the train - which was helpful for kids.
Will totally go again!
