The tour is a must do during your visit to Midway!

Just awesome. You want good quality cheese and various products? Go here. They have it all, and you can meet the cows! So great! If you ride a motorcycle here, be sure to bring a large backpack or saddle bags because there are so many wonderful products and things to buy that you will wear yourself out carrying the incredible goods home! Go here! Get a grilled cheese, eat some ice cream, buy a bunch of cheese/jerky/salsa/treats and share it with friends and family. You cannot go wrong, just go. I recommend a motorcycle, because parking is tight! 🏍️👍

We always make a drive up here once a year to visit the sites and get some goodies. We love going to this place and buying ice cream, however, they changed up the flavors. Wah wah. I was craving the Aggies Huckleberry ice cream but it's no longer. Just know, you won't be disappointed over all. Also, if you are in the Weber County area, check out Nils Sweedish Creamery in Farr west, they have amazing ice cream as well!

Took the mozzarella making class. It was fun. Felt like it was a little on the pricy side. It was a small class so everyone was able to watch, ask questions, etc. The owners of Heber Valley Cheese were very sweet. The best part is you get to try a cheese that you can't buy from the store. It'd be a cute date idea.

Amazing place we stopped on our drive through for lunch. It is a cute shop with lots of local made products aside from cheese. They also have tours of the farm and classes you can take with a bit of pre planning. We ordered the tomato soup and grilled cheese was so so good especially on a cold day. We also bought a few of the lovely cheeses I particularly loved the Cascade Raw and the local Hot roasted tomato Salsa they sell. Súper cute store and a for sure stop on the road through Midway.
