I have to say that this was one of the best on-line shopping experiences I have had. Order came quick and was exactly what I was looking for. I absolutely LOVE there leggings and layering tanks! They had so many colors to choose from and the quality was great too!
I ordered for the first time from Contagious Boutique. I ordered size small. When it came, I realized I needed a medium. I contacted them. I got a response the very next day. I was told to go ahead and keep the small and gift it away and they would mail me a medium. They did in fact mail me a medium without making me pay shipping to send the small back or pay anything to receive the medium. They were very quick to respond to email each time we communicated. I appreciate the very generous service. Thank you!
To say that I have never received worse customer service from a company would be an understatement. The clothing is very poor quality, they provide misleading and inaccurate shipping information, take a month or more to ship products, and refused to respond to e-mails asking for clarification. Even worse, this company is unlicensed with the Better Business Bureau so buyers are not protected. Beware of this company and buy at your own risk.
