The food was good and our servers were attentive, but the resort overall isn't taking their mask mandate seriously and the indoor areas felt unsafe with big groups of people walking around without masks on. There didn't seem to be a good faith attempt made on the part of the resort to even try to implement the mask policy and my concerns were shrugged off when I spoke to the front desk manager. The sad thing was that my spouse and I felt we were in the minority of people who actually cared about keeping others safe, and I checked the news to see that Covid cases have increased 51% in Wisconsin in the last 2 weeks. Management needs to do a better job of training their staff if they want to stay open during these times.

We went here for my fiance's birthday while staying at the resort. It was wonderful. The staff and management executed the experience perfectly.nI use to work at the resort. I feel bad for the current staff because none if the guests were wearing masks and it seemed as if policy was to allow it.

Amazing food and staff! Dawn was cordial, attentive and kind! The steak was delightful as well! Would definitely return for more!

Scallops oh yeah best ever. The side that comes with it is a to die for risotto. My mouth is watering now.

My significant other and I went in for Valentine's Day dinner without reservations. We waited at the bar for our table which we were given a 45-minute wait. Very good wait time without a reservation and being Valentine's Day Feb. 2020.nnThe bartender (Robert) made me a great cosmopolitan. We had seen at the venue online and decided to celebrate Valentine's Day at Ristorante Brissago. To our disappointment after a half an hour wait at the bar for a table we discovered that we could not order off the menu that it was designated meal for the day. When we enquired about the price we were told it was $90 a person and it included four wine pairings( that's a very nice price BUT my partner doesn't drink. therefore we would have opted out of the wine selections). When we inquired how much they would deduct from the meal price we were advised that it would be $20 off, ridiculous. So, eight glasses of wine and they were only going to deduct $ $40 off of $180. The wine costs more than the food does. To our disappointment we opted to go downstairs and eat from the buffet ud83dude02which was $40 a person.nnOh! Consumer beware, Their online menu is not updated. We were also advised that many of the appetizers and dishes on there are no longer available.
