I’ve had my storage unit with Alt. Storage for a couple years now. They were able to work with me about sizing of my units and give me the best deal for my needs. The property is always clean and I’ve noted updates being done on a regular basis. Online payment option is great! It’s easy to use and convenient. I was accidentally late one month and they were very understanding. Great people to deal with!!
We moved out of IL to WI and with about a weeks notice they had me set up with a unit for storage. Everything is so easy to find and in a very safe area so I am very pleased. The office staff was amazing and I was in / out / and paid.nIf you need storage I recommend 100%nSteve
I definitely have to say that my experience here has been hassle free. The space is clean and secure and I have not had any issues. I rest easy knowing my items are safe. Thank you for everything you do!!
After being done dirty by another storage facility, Alternative was able to squeeze me in to start my rental that day, so I could move my stuff the next morning! I cannot say how incredibly quickly they worked, and how easy they made the process. I already had a truck and movers scheduled, and when my other unit fell through, they made it so easy stay on track. Took all of my info over the phone, unlocked the unit for me that evening, and left all the paperwork to have signed in the unit so I didn't have to come to the office! I can't say enough good about that team!
Today I spoke with Gabby, very friendly and helpful. My husband and I agree that you can’t beat their prices. We like the fact that they have insurance also. Look forward to doing business with them.
