I understand your lobby is closed for dine in due to COVID-19, but you should at least offer a chair to a man standing there in pain with a back brace. Be more hospitable. Also, he couldn't carry his drinks out to his car because your restaurant was out of drink carriers. You should have offered to carry the drinks out to his car for him, but that was not offered so I offered for you. Come on man
We were refused to be served as we did not arrive by car. We went to nearby Subway. It was great. Will do the same right away next time.
Waited for 20 mins for drive through. Nobody would answer for order. Door locked but kids inside eating. Lazy.
Slow....and The manager had a little attitude....on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it 4....at least the order was correct....poll
They do not wear masks or gloves at the Lake Geneva Burger King. I was shocked! I ordered their fish sandwich and it was hard and burnt. I’ve eaten here only a few times over the years because I typically like BK but have never had a good meal at this location. This will be my last visit here. And again, no masks or gloves - at a restaurant! That’s unexceptable, especially in this environment!
