Jody Nutt was the most helpful human being I've ever talked to in the world of finance possibly...certainly in the world of self directed IRAs. Extremely knowledgeable and just wants to help whether it's with Bank of Utah or another company. If you're thinking about self directed IRAs (i.e. for real estate) I HIGHLY recommend you call her!
This location has an excellent manager! Trudy is the best!! If your looking for great customer service....this is the place! A very kind and caring staff. This location has a large drive up containing 4 lanes with an outside ATM as well. Locations are closed on Saturdays to give employees time with their families. This was my very first bank back in 1991.. and it is my favorite still to this day!
