It's a training location. You may have to be patient and explain things. They usually get your banking needs done but I have had troubles. Be patient and explain your needs well. Not a fast paced place.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid these people at all costs! They don't care about you at all! Use America first, and other Credit Union, or take the bus. Just do whatever you have to do to avoid this BS institution!
I love the 8th st branch, because the staff either knows how to help you or they will do anything to found out how to. Great friendly staff.
this credit union is horrible! Don't open an account there! I use to work there and thought it was great until I stopped working there and they completely screwed me over on fees on my account. They refused to reimburse my fees even though it was their fault in the first place! Take your business to America First!
