This is a review for the basketball. There is only one gym to play basketball in. If you are younger you probably won’t be able to play the 5v5 game cause nobody will pick you. Yeah that’s it. Look at curry man So Inspirational. I can dunk but the cameras weren’t on
My family and I love it here. We love the pool, especially in the winter months. The hang out room is perfect for the kids while I work out and we love the variety of classes offered.
Highly recommend the Rockwall!... When and if it is open.
This is a hidden gem of a YMCA with wonderful customer service, large and upgraded cardiovascular and fitness facilities. Also has a Family Fitness room. That overlooks the gymnasium. Locker room and pool facilities we're very nice and clean and included a steam room and sauna.
Went there for years and even volunteered to be a softball coach and brought many guests...Today I bring a guest (who happens to be black) and they did not want to let him in. A 15 year old (my 1/2) brother was harassed for ID and given paperwork along with the nastiest attitude ever. I would never have guessed it if it wasn't first hand. The ppl at the counter immediately asked him why he was there and for ID before I even got to scan my card and say I have a guest. He is so upset that he left some things there but refuses to go back or even let me go back. He had a great time visiting Wisconsin but now we are sitting at home in silence because he does not want to talk about it...Thanks YMCA...and again never had this experience with the counter people over years but I guess I never tried to bring someone of color in.
