We rented a tandem kayak from Clear Water Outdoor for kayaking on Lake Geneva. They have pretty good pricing and very friendly customer service. They had life jackets provided and nice suggestions of routes to take along the lake. I liked that they are pet friendly and my dog was allowed on the kayak with us. (We had to bring our own dog life jacket). We signed up for the four hour rental. If I were to do this again I would probably only sign up for two hours. If you’ve never been kayaking before it is definitely a work out! Rental equipment was a very good condition. We just had to meet them on one of the piers on the lake and they handled the rest. Very easy process. When we were done we just paddles back to the pier and returned the kayak and paddles.

Super impressed - I hadn't really ever heard of them but they were the only store with the dress I wanted in my size so I figured I'd try and order. I wasn't sure if the color was correct because they didn't have pictures and I had some issues with PayPal interacting with their site so I emailed them to let them know and confirm my order. they were beyond helpful and quick to respond. they even price matched the dress with the road & co website that was having a sale without me asking and I got it in record time. it was really turned to an excellent experience and the dress was perfect!

The customer service at Clear Water Outdoor is outstanding at both their store, and pier location! Their selection is great and the prices that they offer with their sample sales are ones you won't be able to find anywhere else! I've never regretted a purchase that I've made here!

These are some of most talented hardworking teens I’ve ever seen. They helped me with everything and were super nice. My one problem is they don’t tipped enough so please bring some cash for them it makes there day.

Cam and Jacob were very helpful. They encouraged us to pre-register for faster service (it was a busy day), and we were soon on our way with kayaks and paddle boards. They gave clear instructions and were fully masked at all times. Highly recommended during this time when safe activities are hard to find.
