Ordered a white chocolate mocha at 10:45 am. They had only one person handling the mobile orders. Did not get my order until 11:20 am. The establishment was mildly busy. It shouldn't have taken 35 min. Including the picture to show what time the order was placed online.

Several occasions they are out of Pumpkin Spice for PSL in beginning of September! Please post outside so people don't wait in the long line only to find out you are out of it. And your barista told me today you have been out of it for a week (which is incorrect, I had one from there on Monday) and nowhere around has it except Delavan. Here I am at Target Starbucks down the same road and got my fav drink. Maybe you need to order a larger quantity if you run out so fast each time????!!!!! Twice in past 2 weeks you are out of it.

Love the staff at the Lake Geveva, Wi location. Always super helpful, knowledgable, patient and kind. And as always the drinks are shamazing! ❤

I’m going to still rate this high because I am through the drive thru often and the employees are genuinely so very nice and are working their butts off HOWEVER could you PLEASE stop giving us our drinks via an oversized mug!! Basically you’re forcing everything to be touched even more closer to where I’m going to drink. I much rather you hand it over, holding onto the base then the rim then touching the lid to drop it in a mug to transfer! You do realize we cannot get our drinks out of that mug without touching the mug… The same mug that every customer before me and after me now touches. Today (and not the first time) I actually had the lid come off and spill - yep!; causing all kinds of extra ‘touching’ on my cup AND the general ‘safe’ mug that tons of customers touch!!! Common sense please!

We stopped here while on vacation. Due to Covid-19 restrictions we only used the drive through. Nice friendly people. We got grilled cheese sandwiches and they were great. We also hit one of favorites, pumpkin spice fraps. The fraps were perfect, not too thick, not too runny, and had great flavor. We will be stopping here again before we leave. Keep in mind it is in the shopping center and you have go up from the intersection to get in.
