Starbucks

Super friendly staff and they get you your drinks as fast as they can. Their drinks taste better than other locations because they take their time with accuracy. The other reviews about slow service are because this location is understaffed most of the time but if you look at the baristas, you’ll see that none of them are ever standing around and constantly working very hard. Also the prettiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to ... love all the windows

very poor service attention

Ordered a Green Tea Lemonade with light ice and was the most flavorless one I have ever had. Waited almost ten minutes to speak with them about it and received the worst treatment I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I explained to the older, gray haired gentlemen with the earring (at the register) what the issue was to which he asked what I wanted him to do about it. When I said I’d like it if they made it with more flavor he tried handing me a few sugar packets. At that time I explained further that it wasn’t just the lack of sweetness, it was flavorless and watered down. He asked rudely, if I wanted more lemonade or something in it. As the cup was full there was obviously no place for enough lemonade to give it any flavor to go, so I just told him I wanted a refund. He said to follow him away from the register towards the pick up counter. As I thought he was going to remake it, I followed him and watched as he yanked the lid off - straw and all - with his bare had and topped it off with a little bit of lemonade. The man-handled the lid back on, said there you go and went back to the register like he wasn’t intentionally being difficult. I took it back up to him and demanded a refund or that someone else to remake it, to which another employee stepped in, and was overly helpful, as if to take the focus away from how ridiculously rude he was being. The drink she made was better, but it seriously took almost twenty minutes to get it, all factors considered and it honestly wasn’t worth all the hassle.

I usually love Starbucks. At first the staff was friendly. I waited and waited for my coffee and when I got it was cold. DO NOT go to this Starbucks location. I also found out that the banana nut bread is not freshly baked expect unwrapped from a piece of plastic.

Great place, doesn't look like the common Starbucks in the city. People are nice
