They bought my car a few weeks ago and they bought a car from my Dad several weeks before that so I knew they were legitimate. They were very fair with price negotiation and everything went very smoothly. I deposited the check and didn't have any problems. The money came through and I've been very happy with the transaction.

So I was strapped and in desperate need of a car since my pickup that I worked so hard for was repossessed. My buddy gave me a ride down to Ogden and I literally had the best car buying experience of my life. Carl the manager was seriously awesome!! In and out with my car in no time and honestly saved my life. I could have lost my job and everything that goes with it without It. I will definitely buy there again

The absolute worst service I have received anywhere. Initial car purchase was a breeze, it was 10 months after when my engine needed to be replaced. Should be covered under their 24k mile warranty. Told me they would take care of it and to bring it in. They got confirmation from a VW certified dealer the engine needed to be replaced or rebuilt. No communication the whole time. I had to call and track down Jason for their new delays on my vehicle. Told Warranty department sees no reason to cover the parts and labor to get this fixed. Had my car for 5 weeks and ultimately did nothing. All the while harassing me to make sure I get my payments in. Unable to take work without reliable transportation, we are now in a tight spot. Purchasing a vehicle from Rocky Mountain Motor Cars has turned into the biggest mistake of my life. No one has attempted to reach out and make this right. Garbage service all around. No choice but to file a complaint with Utah Dept of Consumer Protection.

Awesome place to awesome workers and work with you on your money level that you can spend love the place you should totally go check this place out if you're looking for a vehicle they're awesome 🙂

I would of rated this place a 5 however, I went to buy my second car from this place (my husband is currently buying from them). Got our second car from them an a week later disable it & tell me that it’s in for repo status because something with my job? I’m pretty sure that if I didn’t have an income, then we wouldn’t of gotten the first car in Jan. & still have it.
